This position is advertised for IFB Full Fledged Branches found under City Districts. The Branch Manager for the IFB Full-Fledged Branch is is responsible for managing the daily activities of the branch, expanding market share through business development and relationship management with key or high-value customers, maintaining the quality of the IFB portfolio and managing collections to drive financial results through ensuring operational effectiveness, and providing a superior customer experience in all aspects of branch operations.
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
BA degree in Accounting /Management/Business Administration / Economics or related field of study with 6 years direct banking experience while managerial experience is preferable. Having understanding of local IFB regulations, guidelines, principles and Sharia compliance requirements as well as experience at IFB Branch is mandatory.
